All items up to 1kg will be sent via Janio / Ninja Van with tracking.

Shipping International

All items up to 2 kg will be sent by AIR via Sing-post Registered Article.

Registered Article is a Sign-For service that requires a signature on delivery in most destinations.

You can also track your item’s status (for selected countries).

A Registered Article (RA) Number is allocated when you post a registered article. The 9-digit number starts with RR and ends with SG. You can use this number to verify the status of your mail.

Registered Article does not provide detailed online tracking capability. It is not mandatory for registered items to be scanned at every stage of the delivery process be it for local or overseas delivery.

For registered articles to overseas, the scan events may differ from post to post. A scan event will be shown if and when they are provided by the overseas postal administrations. For countries with no online tracking updates, SingPost will check with the overseas postal administrations on the status if the addressee did not receive the item after a stipulated time. Under the international postal agreement, overseas postal administrations may take up to 60 days to reply.

Duties & Tax

Depending on your country of origin you may be subjected to pay additional import duties and taxes before the goods are delivered.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shopping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. At the moment shipping costs are non-refundable.
